Friday, September 12 to Saturday, September 13, 2014 – All Sports Challenge 2014 – in Nanaimo, BC

The Young Professionals of Nanaimo (YPN) is hosting their second annual YPN All Sport Challenge on September 12 and 13.

Building on last year’s event with 14 teams competing in a series of team sports including handball, bowling, soccer, bocce ball, and others, this is not only a great opportunity for office team-building but also a great way for individuals to join open teams and meet other wonderful, proactive people in the community.

All ages are invited to participate in this event and proceeds go to supporting community endeavors. Last year’s proceeds were re-invested in our community through projects with the YPN Community Gardens, Habitat for Humanity, and VIU’s Festival of Trees, just to name a few.

Friday night will kick off with bowling at Brechin Lanes, and on Saturday the sports will continue at John Barsby High School and then conclude with a dinner at Bowen Hall.

How can you participate? Register a team! Spots are filling up fast. Each participant receives a shirt, light refreshments on Saturday during the day, and dinner at Bowen Hall on Saturday night. Maximum 12 participants per team.
