Friday, December 6 to Saturday, December 7, 2014 – Denman Island Christmas Craft Fair – 10am to 4pm at various venues throughout Denman Island, BC – a 1.5-hour trip from Courtenay, BC

Now in its 33rd year, Denman Island once again proudly presents its annual Christmas Craft Fair – a unique holiday shopping experience that is definitely off the beaten path.

Named by Westworld Magazine in 2010 as one of BC’s top winter events, Denman Island’s little village centre will be transformed into a cozy, festive get-together with 80 of the island’s best artisans filling up two halls with beautiful items for sale. There will be an outdoor market where you can pick up and sip on a hot beverage, a hall dedicated to food offering delicious meals and a showcase of the art and skill of cooking, and a welcoming Island atmosphere overall.

This is a great chance to help celebrate the arts, give yourself a memorable experience, and complete any gift shopping you need to make.

For those traveling outside of Denman Island, while there is parking available on site it is more recommended to park your vehicle at Buckley Bay and then walk on the ferry. There will be a shuttle van with free transportation to bring visitors from the Denman Island ferry terminal up the hill to Denman Village, or it’s just a two-block walk. Both venues of the Christmas Craft Fair are wheelchair accessible.
