Walking with bears may not be on top of your bucket list, but once you experience the thrill and the rush getting up close and personal with these majestic creatures that are mostly feared but at the same time loved, you will surely have a change of heart. Guiding you through the tour is a naturalist from the CRD Regional Parks, from whom you will learn a great deal about bears. While you’re at it, you’re going to traverse through paths with scenic views. You may also chance upon other wildlife species such as moose, elk, coyote, mountain sheep, eagles, beavers and many more.
