Victoria Events – Christie Phoenix Insurance Victoria Run SeriesOne of the most prestigious running events in BC is coming your way this month. The Christie-Phoenix Insurance Victoria Run Series is not just a one- or two-day event but a multi-event series composed of several track meets, cross-country meets and other activities that will take place until September. Organizers are keen to share with everyone that there are plenty of activities and events for different levels of runners. For sure, everyone will have a grand time.

 

Here’s a quick rundown of the schedule and starting points:

Saturday, June 11 – 800m, 1500m, 5000m at the University of Victoria at 6:00 PM

Saturday , July 23 – 800m 1500m, 3,000m at the University of Victoria at 6:00 PM

Saturday, September 3 – Mt. Doug ascent at Mount Doug Park at 11:00 AM

Saturday, September 10 – 10K at Beaver Lake at 1:00 PM

Saturday, September 24 – 6K cross-country at Beaver Lake at 1:00 PM
