Milner Gardens’s rhododendrons are the most significant of their flowers. If you’re new to gardening or just don’t know when the best time to see them is, we’re here to tell you that time is now! Enjoy your time spent near this beautiful floral gathering through Milner’s Woodland Garden as the rhododendrons come out in their prime.
The rhodos will still be in bloom come Mother’s Day, which is Milner Gardens’s busiest time of the year. What better way to spend an afternoon than with mom near the rhododendrons then having a bite to eat in the Tea Room? Make sure to come on time for the High Tea where you can sample freshly baked scones with Devon cream, little sandwiches, small squares, and of course your choice of beverage (though how can you say no to a cup of tea?).
If the High Tea during this event is what you really want most, book a reservation in advance by calling Carol at 250-752-8573 ext. 224, or e-mail her at firstname.lastname@example.org. There will unfortunately only be one seating for the High Tea at 11:30am on May 13 and 14, which must be reserved in advance ONLY. Admission to the gardens is required.
