If you’ve ever wondered what the rural life is like in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, this would be the event for you! The annual Comox Valley Exhibition returns this August to celebrate and honour the Valley’s legacy of 143 years in agriculture. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the sense of community and good ol’ country living in this jam-packed three-day weekend of family fun!
Over 40 acres of developed grounds host a giant range of activities that are guaranteed to provide a little something for everyone! Highlights of the exhibition will include the following:
- Zucchini races
- Home & garden show
- Logger sports
- Antique machinery
- Island Bug Jam (i.e. a Volkswagon Beetle car show)
- Food and music
- And more!
And, of course, there will be LOTS of farm animals to see!
The exhibition consists of many, many volunteers working year-round for no gain other than personal satisfaction for bringing an exhibition to life. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work and effort!
