Look Forward to Spending an Enchanting Holiday At Cowichan Valley Near Duncan, BC

It’s that special time of the year again where we all get to pause and drop everything else to spend the holidays with family and friends. The Christmas Express at The BC Forest Discovery Centre

If you are traveling with kids in tow, don’t forget to drop by at The BC Forest Discovery Centre. Watch your child’s face light up while enjoying a magical ride on a 1910 steam locomotive around the beautifully decorated forest. The Christmas Express will  bring laughter and fun, a truly unique experience kids will definitely love.

Amid the twinkling lights, kids also get to visit Santa Claus, dance along with the live music as well as have fun creating Christmas tree crafts at the schoolhouse. There are also model trains on display and train station treats and hot chocolate to cap off a day of enchantment.

The train leaves every 20 minutes from 4:30 to 8:30

Drift: A Winter Artisan Market

If you are especially fond of unique and intricately handcrafted products, the Artisan Market is a perfect destination where you can find a full selection of stunning and beautiful collection of decorative pieces. Whether you are looking forward to adding some for your own personal collection or shopping for holiday gifts, enjoy a day of scrutinizing and feasting your eyes on wonderful art pieces. This is a one-day affair at a private event in Cowichan Bay you don’t want to miss.
