Sunday, September 28, 2014 – Campbell River Kidney Walk – 9am to 3pm in Campbell River, BC
Did you know that one in 10 Canadians suffer from kidney disease? To help promote awareness on kidney health, participate in the 2014 Campbell River Kidney Walk.
It’s a community-led activity that not only educates the public about kidney disease but also aims to raise funds for kidney disease patients.
Since the first Kidney Walk in 2008, the organization has already raised more than $1 million. The event also focuses on the importance of organ donation. Moreover, 2014 marks the 50th anniversary of the Kidney Foundation of Canada, and it would surely be great if you can be a part of this meaningful event.
