Campbell River Events – Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Tidemark

Comox Valley Events

Saturday, November 1, 2014 – Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Tidemark – 8pm at the Tidemark Theatre in Campbell River, BC

There is no other movie that allows audience members to get engaged, throw special props, and yell at the screen like the Rocky Horror Picture Show. It’s more than a movie – it’s an experience all in its own. If you don’t know what the show is, well, you’re in for a treat.

What is it about? The story focuses on Brad and Janet, two good-natured newlyweds who go to find their old teacher Dr. Scott, only to be forced to a creepy castle after their car breaks down. In there they find the mad scientist/transvestite Frank-N-Furter, who has gathered together a party to celebrate his own masterpiece, a man of his own creation named Rocky.

It’s understandable, if you’re one of the few who doesn’t know about this movie, to be nervous/curious about everyone dressing up in fishnets and stockings. Without giving the rest of the movie away, you’ll have to come see for yourself! It’s just a jump to the left…

Admission includes the movie, plus a prop package and donation to the Tidemark Theatre. No outdoor props are allowed into the theatre, please.

Note: this is an event for 19+ adults only. ID is required to be presented at the door.
