Annual Mother’s Day Musical Garden Tour

Mother’s Day traditionally signifies that spring is in full swing, so what better way to celebrate than with a garden tour?

Taking place at the Victoria Conservatory of Music, the Mother’s Day Musical Garden Tour is happening both Saturday and Sunday of Mother’s Day weekend. This event is designed to encourage people to connect with the glory of spring and, with the purchase of a two-day pass, grants you access to 10 enchanting private gardens in Victoria. You will get the chance to explore the exclusive gardens, all while listening to live music.

In addition to perusing the gardens, you won’t want to miss your chance to pick up some plants from the event’s fantastic plant sale. And if your mom is a music lover and just can’t get enough of what she heard, check out Daniel Lapp’s Joy of Jazz concert, taking place on May 10 at 3pm.

Mother’s Day Garden Tour at Fort Rodd Hill

Another garden tour that is not to be missed is the Mother’s Day Garden Tour, taking place at the Garry Oak Learning Meadow at Fort Rodd Hill. Also put on by the Victoria Conservatory of Music, this event gives visitors the opportunity to meet local native plant experts and weave their way through an ocean of blooming camass.
