A small district in Vancouver Island, Tofino is located off the west coast of Canada, sprawling on a peninsula that’s enclosed within the Clayoquot Sound. This place is well known for its wild natural beauty that draws in tourists from different countries. Here, you’ll find many scenic lakes, thick rainforests, and amazing inlets. There are also pristine beaches like Chesterman Beach and Cox Bay, and of course, the Long Beach, which is a part of the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve. One of the events that attract people to this place is the Cultural Heritage Festival, which celebrates the various forms of art and culture of Tofino. It is organized and hosted by the Pacific Rim Arts Society. The theme this year is Emily Carr’s West Coast.
