Come see history in the making with the largest ever electric vehicle show on Vancouver Island. This free event is held on behalf of Creatively United for the Planet, a non-profit society bringing together several local businesses and individuals who are committed to living and leading a sustainable way of life.
There will be electric motorcycles, bikes, and cars spread all around the entrance to the museum. Try out one of the electric bikes yourself, take part in a community acupuncture session, make an artsy postcard, play a game of Marbles & Megawatts, and listen to the live music being played which will vary from unique new beats to classic favourites within Carson Hall (main floor of the museum). Check out what the University of Victoria’s engineering students will be showcasing when it comes to their amazing new technology, or visit one of the many workshops featuring valuable resources and information from community groups based on topics ranging from A to Z.
There is so much to see and do at this free event. Visit the event’s official website for a full program!
