A brand new annual event arrives at Vancouver Island University! Join VIU’s Culinary and Hospitality Management students for a banquet-style event and spectacular evening. Celebrate the arrival of the festive season with friends, colleagues, or clients.
Doors open at 6pm and the evening will begin with reception-style canapes followed by a 3-course plated dinner at 7pm. Polish off the evening with a seasonally inspired dessert buffet and live musical entertainment by Doubleplay. You may also purchase beer or wine with your meal. Come in your best smart-to-business casual dresswear.
