Do you want to do something fun and exciting this Easter weekend? Do you live in or are visiting Campbell River this year? Downtown has all sorts of fun activities going on! Join in the fun at this year’s Annual Easter Event, which will take place on Saturday March 31. Bring the family to this fun-filled event!
At 11am Ostler Park will be the main setting for a giant Easter Egg Hunt. The first 300 kids to arrive will receive free Easter baskets, bubbles, and wands. Afterwards, head on over to Spirit Square where you can get your picture taken with the Easter Bunny! There will also be lots to see and experience, such as:
- Shoo Shoo the Clown
- Captain Thunderpants
- Jim Chisholm
- An electric train
- An animal activity farm
- Games
- Bounce-a-rama
- A Fun Swing
- Face painting
- Easter Egg Dyeing
- Henna designs
- Storytime plus crafts at the Art Gallery
Many food vendors will be around and serving a delicious salmon barbecue, mini doughnuts, cotton candy, and Kettle Korn.
