Chemainus Events – Confessions of a Paperboy
August 19, 2015 - August 29, 2015$25 – $65
“Confessions of a Paperboy” is an original Canadian play that tells the compelling story of Christopher Columbus, a ten-year-old boy who hears God’s voice and goes out to change the world in his own way as he delivers newspapers in the early morning hours.
Written by Calgary playwright Doug Curtis and directed by Paul F. Muir, it explores how bittersweet adolescence can be, how powerful faith is and how much we can learn from young people. There’s a wonderful mix of whimsical and hilarious scenes and poignant and inspiring moments throughout the play.
Because of some mature language and content though, it is only open to attendees over 12 years of age.
Tickets can be purchased online at the theatre website – visit for more details on showtimes as well as dinner theatre options.
