Courtenay Events – Courtenay Canada Day Celebration

What better way to celebrate Canada Day than exploring history at the Courtenay and District Museum? Established in 1961, this non-profit organization is keen on the collection, preservation, and interpretation of the natural and cultural heritage of the region of Comox Valley.

The museum offers various programs throughout the year, but on Canada Day, there will be special activities all around. Highlights will include cupcake walks that is perfect for all ages and a hands-on craft for kids that they can take home with them. There will also be balloons, door prize draws that you can enter, face painting, and live music.

So, head on to the museum after the parade and celebrate our nation’s birthday in a fun and educational way!
